RETASTE: Rethink Food Resources, Losses, and Waste 2023
RETASTE 2023 was held at Harokopio University in Athens, under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment & Energy and with the financial support of the Green Fund’s External Actions programme. It gave scientists, entrepreneurs and representatives of organisations involved in food production, distribution and consumption, and in the waste produced at each step from farm to fork, the opportunity to present research and innovative results addressing these challenges.
